Convergence monitor tool makes the convergence chart visible. This chart shows the relation between the convergence norm and the iteration number.
The convergence chart will only be available if the modeled structure has geometric non-linearities.

The blue convergence line shows the convergence state through the different iterations. On the other hand, the red residual force line specifies the value of residual force while the different iterations are carried out.
If the residual force line gets over the convergence one, a new iteration is performed in order to approximate the result.
