A steel beam is subjected a uniform load of 0.32 k/ft.
The beam has a length of 15 ft.
Section material properties: A572 Gr50 , Fy = 50 ksf , Fu = 65 ksi
Geometric properties: WT 5x6 The aim of the example is to obtain the bending criterion according to AISC-LRFD 14.
