Calculates all the load steps from the bridge module

Notes

- This command does not support restarts.

- For using the birth and death elements capability with this command, it is necessary to create two components: one component for the elements that should be active and other with the elements that should not be active for a specific load step. The following components should be created:

ALIV%I%       Elements to be activated

DEAD%I%    Elements to be killed

Where “I” corresponds to the load step number for which the elements should be activated or killed. For example, if the user wishes to use this utility for the load step 250, the following components should be generated: ALIV250 and DEAD250.
